How Do Subscriptions Work?
Subscriptions are available on certain products giving you the option to schedule your re-ordering to certain dates which suit you best. This way, you’ll never have to worry about having to re-order and you will make a saving by signing up.
How Do I Use A Discount Code?
If you have received a promotional or discount code from us or a third party, simply take this code and enter it at the checkout page.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
If you have made a mistake with your order or need to cancel after the payment has been made, please get in touch with our customer service team.
How Do I Return An Item?
In order to return an item, your order must be returned in its original state, unused to our office within 14 working days from the delivery date. Please refer to our returns page for more guidance on making a return.
What Delivery Methods Are Available?
We use Royal Mail for all our orders with orders over £50 dispatched FREE. Orders under this are £2.99 for standard delivery and £4.99 for express. We also ship to all EU and International countries. Check out our delivery page for more details.
How Long Is Delivery?
Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day. Delivery is usually:

What Are Letterbox-Friendly Deliveries?
We send select products in letterbox-friendly packaging so that it can fit through your letterbox and avoids any inconvenience in the event that you are not in. In order for some items to fit into our letterbox-friendly packaging, we may need to deconstruct and flatpack your order. You can then easily rebuild it on arrival, if you so choose.
