Easy to take They stick together in the container however they are easier to take than the capsules. They do have an odd taste and can leave an after taste in your mouth. To avoid this I have one halfway through my main meal. I’m not sure yet if they help my eyes because I’ve only just started taking them. (20/03/2021) J Bolton - Dorset
Effective Product Definitely helps with eye strain and tiredness. However, gummies stick together in the container. I had to get the gummies-type due to digestive problems with capsules. Be sure to take with food to avoid gastric irritation. (25/01/2021) -
