How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are only available on products showing the Subscribe & Save feature. When placing the order, you can select a repeat order interval. We will dispatch your first order immediately and when we reach your designated time interval, our system will automatically generate a new order for you (and it will submit a repeat transaction to your bank account) so we can begin the dispatch process. The order will be generated approx. 5 days prior to your original order runs out of capsules etc (e.g 84 days into a 90 day Macushield cycle). This gives us time to fulfil the order and have the new shipment arrive with you on time. This is really useful for products that you use on a regular basis, as you make a saving and remove the hassle of having to reorder.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

How is the money taken from my account?Our system will automatically take payment on your renewal date and once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. To avoid any delays, please ensure we have your most up to date card and if you are issued a new card before the renewal date, contact us with the updated details.
Provided the packaging is unopened and not damaged and you are within our returns policy period, then of course you can.
