How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are only available on products showing the Subscribe & Save feature. When placing the order, you can select a repeat order interval. We will dispatch your first order immediately and then when we reach your desired time interval, our system will automatically generate a new order for you so we can dispatch. This is really useful for products that you use on a regular basis, as you make a saving and remove the hassle of having to reorder.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, just log into your account and you will have the option to cancel or pause your subscription at anytime. If you have any issues, you can also email us or call.
Can I edit my subscription intervals?Sure. Just go to your account settings and you can make changes to your order.
Our system will automatically take payment on your renewal date and once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. To avoid any delays, please ensure we have your most up to date card and if you are issued a new card before the renewal date, contact us with the updated details.
How is the money taken from my account?
Provided the packaging is unopened and not damaged and you are within our returns policy period, then of course you can.
