At Eye Lounge you can subscribe and save on our most popular brands, helping you to save money on regular purchases and remove the hassle of reordering.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are only available on products showing the Subscribe & Save feature. We will dispatch your first order immediately and when we reach your designated time interval, our system will automatically generate a new order for you (and it will submit a repeat transaction to your bank account, look out for Eye Lounge on your statement) so we can begin the recurring dispatch process. The order will be generated in accordance with product provided (e.g 90 days for the MACUSHIELD (90 DAYS)). This is really useful for products that you use on a regular basis, as you make a saving and remove the hassle of having to reorder.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

How is the money taken from my account?Our system will automatically take payment on your renewal date and once payment has cleared your order will be dispatched. To avoid any delays, please ensure we have your most up to date card and if you are issued a new card before the renewal date, contact us with the updated details.
Provided the packaging is unopened and not damaged and you are within our returns policy period, then of course you can.
